What happens in a GAP?

Most Get Active Programs run for ten weeks, with one session per week. Every session combines physical activity with a wellbeing topic, designed to support your everyday wellbeing.

What happens after your GAP?

Our programs are deliberately designed to provide participants with activities and connections in their locdal area that can continue after the program is complete.

When participants finish their GAP they’ll have:

  • new connections and friends
  • local activities that they have experienced
  • and practical tools to keep motivated and moving.

Many GAP participants continue to meet up regularly on an informal basis, or join other community activities together.
