GAP Facilitator training

Every Get Active Program (GAP) Facilitator completes our one-day Facilitator Training Workshop before delivering a GAP. The workshop provides the knowledge, tools and confidence to design, deliver and evaluate a successful program in your community.

Training is available both face-to-face and online, with workshops offered several times throughout the year.

What you’ll learn

  • Design and plan a successful Get Active Program
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive sessions
  • Implement and evaluate your program
  • Access and use the full suite of GAP resources

You’ll also receive

  • A comprehensive GAP Facilitator Manual
  • Training materials and practical resources
  • Access to the online GAP Resource Portal,
    containing templates, guides and supporting materials

Workshop cost & inclusions

$120 per person

  • Full-day Facilitator Training Workshop
  • GAP Facilitator Manual and training resources
  • Morning tea and lunch (for face-to-face workshops)
